Lester Chambers the voice and soul of the legendary Chambers Brothers who dominated the late sixties and early seventies with such classic hits "Time has come today" and "People get ready". Born in Mississippi he was tutored on harmonica by the great Sonny Teri, shared a room with Mississippi Fred McDowell, Hung out and played with John Hurt, Hooker, Muddy and Sleepy John Estes. Lester's circle of friends include Bob Dylan, Donovan, The Grateful Dead, Taj Mahal, Stevie Wonder, The Airplane, Buffalo Springfield, Santana, to name just a few. A truly gifted and prolific artist and one of the gentlest spirits on the planet
